Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of MindTree ("Service"). Users agree to these Terms when using the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

• "Service": MindTree application and related services
• "User": Anyone who uses the Service
• "License Key": Authentication code required to use the Service

Article 3 (License)

• Users acquire non-exclusive rights to use the Service by purchasing a license key.
• One license permits use on one device.
• Transfer, lending, or sale of license keys to third parties is prohibited.
• License keys have no expiration (one-time purchase).

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Modifying or creating derivative works of the Service
• Unauthorized copying, sharing, or selling of license keys
• Illegal activities using the Service
• Other actions deemed inappropriate by us

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or legitimate rights holders. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to users.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• We do not guarantee that the Service meets user's specific purposes, has expected functionality, or is error-free.
• We are not responsible for data loss or damage from using the Service.
• Users use the Service at their own responsibility.

Article 7 (Service Changes/Termination)

We may change or terminate the Service without prior notice. No refunds for purchased licenses upon service termination.

Article 8 (Terms Changes)

We may change these Terms as needed. Changed terms take effect when posted on this site.

Article 9 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
