Refund Conditions
Refunds are available when all the following conditions are met:
- Within 7 days of purchase
- Issue is caused by us and prevents normal app use
- Support cannot resolve the issue
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available in these cases:
- More than 7 days since purchase
- Issue caused by customer's environment or operation
- Dissatisfaction with features confirmable before purchase
- Refund requested without contacting support
How to Request a Refund
- Select 'Refund Request' category on support page
- Provide your purchase email and license key
- Describe the issue and reproduction steps in detail
- Support will investigate and attempt to resolve
- If unresolved, refund process will begin
Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. It may take several days to weeks to reflect depending on your card company.
After Refund
Once refunded, the license key is invalidated. You will no longer be able to use the app.
